An Olympic Update
Well, I've been away again. But I'm going to share some thoughts on the 'lympics in an effort to kick start things.
1. We timed The B's birth well. She'll see the maximum number of Winter Olympics per years on the planet. A fine gift we've given her.
2. edit: There is no thing two...at least, that is what my wife tells me...
3. I think Dick Button has become a cranky old man. But this seems to imply that he has always been so.
4. I'm glad Body Miller scrubbed out. And I hope I spelled his name wrong.
5. OMG I can't take all of the figure skating. Put on the Woman's Puck for gosh sakes. The better put on the gold medal game (or I better find when it is on and get the TiVo set).

I cannot stand "sports" where judges are involved!!
I think we have had this discussion before.
I'll have to agree with kosmo on that one, including putting the word "sports" in quotes...
And better than women's hockey is Minnesota boys' high school hockey.
How did they even have Olympics in ancient Greece before the precision stopwatch?
